Todd Davidson's practice is dedicated to working with family-owned businesses on their business planning and estate planning, with an emphasis on family businesses that are involved in agriculture. His practice also focuses on banking law, probate, contract preparation and negotiation, and real estate matters.

Todd was born in Topeka, Kansas and raised in Salina, Kansas. He attended college at the University of Kansas, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration in 1995. He then attended the University of San Diego School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1998, and the University of San Diego School of Business, where he received his MBA in 1998. After obtaining his degrees in San Diego, Todd returned to his hometown of Salina to join the law firm of Hampton & Royce, L.C. in 1998 and became a partner in the firm in 2003.

Todd was selected for inclusion in the 2008, 2009, and 2010 Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers and was listed among the "Rising Stars," an honor awarded to no more than 2.5% of the eligible lawyers in the state who are under the age of 40. He has also been designated as "Favorite Attorney" by the Salina Journal Readers' Choice Awards for the past eight consecutive years.

In addition to his Kansas license, Todd is licensed in the states of Colorado and Iowa. He occasionally makes trips to Colorado to meet with families regarding their estate planning and the structure of their family-owned businesses, but can also be available for meetings with clients and their advisors by videoconference.

Todd is active in his local community. He has served as Chairman for the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce, Chairman for Hospice of Salina, Inc., and President of Salina Downton, Inc.

Todd and his wife, Mindi, have three children.
