Brian W. Wood
Brian Wood's law practice focuses on civil litigation. Brian handles plaintiff's cases including, but not limited to, trucking accidents, automobile accidents, and nursing home cases. He is focused on getting the best result for his clients who have suffered injury or financial damages.
Brian was born on a military base in Neurnberg, Germany, but returned to the United States at an early age and was raised in Hays, Kansas. He attended college at the University of Kansas where he received his undergraduate degree in Psychology in 1990. He then attended law school at the University of Kansas where he received his Juris Doctor in 1993. After obtaining his degrees, he moved to Salina, Kansas in 1993 to join the law firm of Hampton & Royce, L.C. He became a partner in 1997.
Brian is actively involved in the Salina community. He has served on the Board of Directors for the YMCA and the Salina Community Theater, as a United Way volunteer, and as an elder in the First Presbyterian Church of Salina. He also has coached numerous youth basketball teams.
Brian and his wife, Julie, have three daughters: Emily, Lindsay, and Lauren.
