Emily J.M. McCurley

Emily McCurley, a native of Monument, Colorado, discovered her passion for the legal field early in life. Growing up, she worked in her mother’s law office, gaining firsthand experience in the day-to-day operations of a legal practice. Emily attended Georgian Court University, where she excelled academically and athletically. As a student-athlete, she played collegiate volleyball while maintaining an impressive academic record, ultimately graduating summa cum laude.

Driven to pursue her dream of becoming an attorney, Emily went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law, graduating with honors in May 2024. During law school, she built upon her legal experience, focusing on developing the skills necessary to effectively serve her future clients.

Emily now focuses her practice on personal injury and family law, where she is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate complex legal issues with care and professionalism. Her passion for advocating for her clients, combined with her strong legal background, allows her to approach each case with determination and empathy.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys running, spending time with family, and giving back to her community. Her dedication to both her clients and her community reflects her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
