David (Dusty) Moshier practices law in a variety of areas including contracts, real estate, commercial law and litigation, and employment law. Dusty is a certified civil mediator and former President of the ADR Section of the Kansas Bar Association.

In December of 1976, he graduated from Washburn University of School of Law in Topeka, and began practicing at Hampton, Royce, Engleman & Nelson, now Hampton & Royce, L.C.
Dusty has been active in the Salina, Kansas community throughout his career, and is currently a member of the Boards of Trustees of the Salina Art Center and the Greater Salina Community Foundation.
