Lindsay M. Jaster
Lindsay M. Jaster practices general civil law with a focus on civil litigation primarily in the areas of domestic law and personal injury. She also works with clients on contract matters, estate planning, and probate cases.
Lindsay was born in Merriam, Kansas and raised in both Johnson County, Kansas and Palm Beach County, Florida. She attended Northwest Missouri State University, graduating with a B.S. in Public Accounting in 2020. Lindsay then attended the University of Kansas School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2023. While in law school, Lindsay was involved in the Paul E. Wilson Project for Innocence and Post-Conviction Remedies, where she provided legal advocacy to convicted felons on a variety of issues, including actual innocence claims, constitutional rights’ violations, and clemency. Lindsay interned with Kansas Legal Services and The Heritage Foundation, a nonprofit organization in Washington, D.C. Upon graduating from law school, Lindsay stayed true to her Kansas roots and joined the law firm of Hampton & Royce, L.C. in 2023.
Always looking for ways to serve, Lindsay is actively involved in her local church, Faith Bible Church, is on the Saline County Law Library Board of Trustees, and is an officer on the Saline-Ottawa County Bar Association. Lindsay is married to Ben Jaster.
