Russel B. Prophet

Russel Prophet is an active civil litigation trial attorney where his main areas of practice include family law and divorce, commercial litigation, employment issues and personal injury cases. He is an experienced litigator who has worked on a variety of cases in Kansas state district and appellate courts, the Federal District Court, and Bankruptcy Court. He has been successful before juries, representing clients both as plaintiffs and defendants on a wide range of commercial, personal injury, and family law claims.

Russel was a graduate of the Washington and Lee School of Law in 2000, and went on to serve two years as a law clerk for the Virginia Supreme Court. He is a member of the Saline-Ottawa County Bar Association and the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association.
